RAAF Darwin Officers Mess Refurbishment

Project Scope

This scope of works for this project involved completing a internal refurishment to the Hertiage listed Officers Mess including:

• New HVAC and Mechanical Plant.

• New Electrical Services, Fittings and Communications.

• New Floor and Wall Coverings.

• New Joinery and Hydraulic Fixtures.

• External and Internal Paint.

• Construction of Cool Rooms and Freezer Rooms

All works were completed in accordance with the RAAF Darwin Heritage Management Plan.
